Intern Weekly Meeting: Monday, July 22, 2019

Time: 11:45-1:00 p.m.

Lunch: Cafe -  place your order by 11:00 AM for 11:30 AM pickup (see directions)

Administrative Business and this weeks events:
Results section due Friday 
    - G:\Summer Interns\A4-Results Sections        [OR email to Donna]
    - Submit a "clean" version that has all track changes "accepted"
    - include project title, name, and all other previous sections
• Last week "To do" list

• Apartment check-out procedures
• Update address in Paycom to receive tax forms
Symposium Practice-rooms reserved, sign up for slots (save & close the document!)

    - Confirm your title/mentor/etc on the Symposium Schedule by Saturday
    - Place presentations on G:\Summer Interns\Symposium Presentations (mac/pc folders)
    - A/V needs: Mac, PC, bring your own laptop--indicate on sheet

• Exit Survey Instructions - please complete by July 31
   -You will receive an email inviting you to complete the survey at http://cimerproject.org//#/surveyLogin/
    -Your email address is your user name
  The survey will be open from Monday through Wednesday

Final papers and presentations due by 8:00 am next Friday, August 2
