(St. Louis Post-Dispatch) Nicklaus: Biotech firms need 1,400 workers a year. St. Louis needs to find them

There is a significant workforce need in the biosciences, but not all jobs require a four-year degree. Nearly half of all bioscience jobs can be filled by workers with two years or less of college training.
