He did a great job learning how to code in R and the basics of mapping genetics. Tony worked to apply methods developed to map genes using older microarrays to newer, high density single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) arrays. We are glad to announce that we have added a new instrument available for full-service and self-service usage options.  The 6500 QTRAP acquisition was made possible by National Science Foundation Grant No. DBI-1427621 as part of the Major Research Instrumentation (MRI) program.  This instrument is best suited to targeted quantitation projects and those that require separation of isobars (compounds that have the same mass).  Separation of isobars is possible by using the SelexION cell which is a type of ion mobility spectrometer that can separate compounds based on shape.  Contact us for more information
