New Helix Center Biotech Incubator Opening Soon
With the grand opening of the new Helix Center Biotech Incubator just around the corner, science and technology entrepreneurs, investors and others are encouraged to opt-in to receive timely updates and information about this spring’s opening at www.HelixCenter.com.
Located at 1100 Corporate Square Drive in Creve Coeur—adjacent to the Danforth Plant Science Center and across from Monsanto—the all-new 33,000-square-foot incubator will offer affordable, high quality, wet and dry lab space and offices. The completely renovated, two-story building offers the most up-to-date systems and technologies, as well as abundant natural light and beautiful greenspace views.
Focused primarily on attracting bioscience, technology and plant and life science startups, Helix Center’s unique location creates exceptional opportunities for collaborations with neighbors, such as the Danforth Center (the largest independent plant science research institute in the world), BRDG (bridge) Park (home to successful post-incubator and emerging companies), as well as Monsanto world headquarters. Tenants also will have affordable access to a workforce of skilled bioscience lab technicians through the St. Louis Community College Center for Plant and Life Science (based at BRDG Park), and state-of-the-art greenhouses and specialized equipment available at the Danforth Center.
Construction and equipment installation at Helix Center Biotech Incubator is in the final stages. Its opening date will be announced within the next several weeks. Leasing information is available by contacting Beth Noonan at 314-615-3958 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
