My laboratory uses crystallographic and biochemical techniques to examine the mechanism of antibody neutralization of human rhinovirus, the structure and role of glutamate dehydrogenase in diabetes, insect transmission of plant viruses, and the mechanism of a virally encoded fungal toxin that blocks calcium channels.
