I-55 Northbound

From Illinois: I-55/70/64 Westbound, I-255 Southbound

Cross the Poplar Street Bridge into Missouri.
Follow the signs for I-64 (Hwy 40) and proceed westbound.
Take the 170 exit northbound.
Take the Olive Street exit. At the end of the ramp, turn left onto Olive (west).
Proceed westbound on Olive Street to Warson Rd.
Turn right onto Warson Rd. (north).
Turn left into the Donald Danforth Plant Science Center. Follow the signs for visitor parking.

I-64 Eastbound

Take I-64 (Hwy 40) eastbound to Brentwood Blvd/170 exit and turn left (northbound). 

Take Brentwood Blvd northbound to 170 entrance.  Take 170 northbound.
Take the Olive Street exit. At the end of the ramp, turn left onto Olive (west).
Proceed westbound on Olive Street to Warson Rd.
Turn right onto Warson Rd. (north).
Turn left into the Donald Danforth Plant Science Center. Follow the signs for visitor parking.

I-270 Northbound

Take I-270 northbound to Olive Street exit.  At the end of the ramp, turn right onto Olive (east).

 Proceed eastbound on Olive Street to Warson Rd.
Turn left onto Warson Rd. (north).
Turn left into the Donald Danforth Plant Science Center. Follow the signs for visitor parking.  

I-70 Eastbound, I-270 Southbound

Take I-70 eastbound to 270 southbound.
Proceed southbound on 270 to Olive Street.
Take the Olive Street exit. At the end of the ramp, turn left onto Olive (east).
Proceed eastbound on Olive Street to Warson Rd.
Turn left onto Warson Rd. (north).
Turn left into the Donald Danforth Plant Science Center. Follow the signs for visitor parking.

I-70 Westbound

Take I-70 westbound to 170 southbound.

Take 170 southbound to Olive Street exit. At the end of the ramp, turn right onto Olive (west).

Proceed westbound on Olive Street to Warson Rd.

Turn right onto Warson Rd. (north).

Turn left into the Donald Danforth Plant Science Center.  Follow the signs for visitor parking. 

I-44 East or Westbound, I-255 Westbound

Take I-44 (east or westbound) OR I-255 westbound to I-270 Northbound and follow the directions above for I-270 Northbound
